QA Manager
The QA Manager will have the following responsibilities:

• Ensuring health and foods safety along with legal compliance and GMP standards are adhered too. Leading and motivating the QA team.
• Ensuring HACCP Requirements are implemented and maintained.
• Maintain and review audit systems to ensure product safety, legality and quality are in place
• Deputising for the Technical Manager when required
• Generating KPI information communicating these across to the correct members of SLT

QA Manager
The QA Manager will require the following experience:

• Food safety qualification (HACCP, Food safety, other relevant qualifications)
• Must have experience working in a chilled food environment (Meat processing is advantageous)
• Confident managing the QA function in a fast paced environment
