Job Description
- Assist in the resolution of manufacturing issues
- Identify and initiate process improvements in conjunction with the production management team
- Apply Lean manufacturing and best practices to maximise manufacturing efficiencies
- Monitoring and developing new manufacturing and production processes
- Work closely with Production to ensure product quality and process capability is delivered
Process Engineer
Essential Skills/Experience/Qualifications
- Strong knowledge of CNC machining and machining processes (milling, turning, grinding)
- Experience in a similar position improving manufacturing processes and procedures
- Knowledge/experience of Six Sigma, process excellence tools, Lean manufacturing methodologies or similar
- Excellent communication skills
- Proficient skills using MS Office packages
