Our client, a market leading engineering and manufacturing organisation in Birmingham, with a global customer base are hiring for a Maintenance Manager to support to manage their large Maintenance Engineering department. The ideal candidate will have experience working in a heavy industrial manufacturing environment, managing cross functional and multi disciplined maintenance engineering team.

Job Description
- Driving and improving department morale
- Manage the planning and setting objectives for the Maintenance department
- Identifying and organising training requirements
- Setting and maintaining maintenance KPI’s
- Ensuing all PPM schedules are adhered to and that prompt reactive maintenance is carried out
Maintenance Manager
Experience/Skills/Qualifications
- 5 years experience minimum in a similar Maintenance Manager position
- Management of a large maintenance function
- Time-served electrical or mechanical engineering background
- HNC level education in electrical or mechanical engineering
- Strong personnel management skills
- CAPEX project management experience
- Able to develop maintenance processes and drive equipment efficiencies
