Our client is a pioneering engineering manufacturer, who provide a valuable service to the defence and sub-sea sectors (to name a few). Due to their catalogue of world-renowned customers and constant flow of work; this prestigious company are looking to add a Mazatrol and FANUC programmer to their already successful team of machinists.

Job Description

• Programming and running Lathes.
• Utilising a “right first time” and “zero-waste” mindset on an array of steel, titanium, nickel, and aluminium based products.
• Ensuring route card instructions are followed and all appropriate documentation is compiled with the highest level of accuracy.
• Machining low volume/high quality products.
• Undertaking quality checks of own work, to ensure compliance to drawings and tolerances.

Essential Experience/Skills/Qualifications

• Experience Programming on FANUC and/or Mazatrol control systems (online).
• Ability to read complex engineering drawings.
• An accountable and positive attitude to all work tasks
• Previous exposure to Nuclear/Power Generation/Aerospace industry
