Contracts Manager
Job Description

• You will be responsible for the drafting, negotiation, and management of amending existing agreements and creating new agreements.
• Assist, lead and support during customer negotiations and decision making.
• Lead contractual aspects of negotiation when required.        
• Where disputes over contract terms arise, provide expert advice and support to the business in terms of interpretation of contractual requirements.
• Creating and maintaining contracts records and entries in the contracts database.

• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Give special attention to detail in all aspects of work.
• Highly organised individual.
• Compliance focused, and developed problem solving skills.
• Confident to work alone with minimal supervision.

• Experienced background working within Aerospace Contracts.
• Understanding of various aspects of the industry.
• Strong negotiation experience.
