Bowling was a blast!

On the 14th of October, ODC went bowling! We had a great turnout for our social this week with 37 of our team members attending and even a few of our younger recruits!

There was strong competition between the 6 teams, though Team 3 ended up winning overall. IT was a really good night and people stayed on to play at the arcades or go down to the local.

At ODC we organize quarterly and individual team activities, alongside our lunch club, 15k and 25k club incentives. It’s a great way to bond or compete with people outside of our team or in different job roles. ODC boasts a very social and friendly working culture.
