Owen started the business in January 2012 with the aim to improve the reputation of recruitment businesses and grow a company where employees matter. Owen believes in a work hard, play hard ethos and treats his staff how he would like to be treated which has resulted in high staff retention. Running the business is his biggest passion and the hourly/daily/weekly challenges are what he thrives on as he sees himself as a fixer. He enjoys investing in people where he can grow and develop rising stars whilst keeping them motivated for the long term. Other than work he has two other passions; his English Bulldog Ralph and golf where he enjoys his membership at Wentworth.
