Matt joined Owen Daniels in 2018 after spending 7 years working within the industry. Matt joined ODC to have some more freedom in his position and wanted to make a real difference in a business. Matt’s role is to improve the business whole heartedly; better processes, more ideas, staff training etc. He loves the Engineering & Manufacturing industry as he enjoys the challenge of working for so many clients trying to make a difference within the market. Matt describes himself as a firm but fair negotiator as he enjoys getting the best deal possible for his client making sure they are serviced to the highest possible standard. Matt has two girls and a wife that keep him busy but if he Matt could do one thing he would play golf every day; or at least attempt to.
