Dave did an apprenticeship in Recruitment before joining Owen Daniels in 2014. His previous experience was within the IT industry but decided to change paths due to becoming frustrated with how skill set focused IT was where he saw the Engineering industry invested a lot more time and effort into people’s personalities which he found motivating to recruit for. Dave is a sucker for detail and extremely process driven which works well within such a lean industry. He is a huge Chelsea fan and enjoys playing football in his spare time.
