Monday – Thursday 8:30am-5pm, Fridays 8:30am-4pm
£10-£11 per hour

Our client is an award winning manufacturer of prosthetic technology, bespoke seating solutions and orthotic devices. They are looking for a temporary technical support admin to join their team and assist with customer service and admin duties.
Technical Support Administrator
Job Description
- General administration duties such as call handling, email handling and direct contact with customers, generating and providing quotations
- Liaising with other departments such as sales teams
- Shipping and clearing return through customs, returning products to main or service stock
- Unboxing and cleansing of returned products
- To record all customer requests on the ERP system, monitor process and provide follows ups where appropriate

Essential Skills/Experience/Qualifications;
- Good computer literacy, competency with MS Office or equivalent
- Previous work experience within a customer service or administration focused position
- Excellent communication skills with a high attention to detail

Desirable Skills/Experience/Qualifications;
- Educated to GCSE or above
- Understanding of electro mechanical assembly
- Knowledge of the medical devices industry
