Job Description

• Actively identifying and engaging potential new customer prospects.
• Responding promptly to all incoming sales inquiries via web, trade shows, phone, and other channels.
• Keeping comprehensive and up-to-date records in the CRM system, along with managing task lists effectively.
• Managing inquiries through the entire sales process, from initial contact to securing customer purchase orders.

Essential Experience/Skills/Qualifications

• Technical sales experience in an engineering/manufacturing role.
• MRP & ERP System knowledge
• Demonstrable experience of using CRM systems
