- Conduct engaging product demonstrations to educate potential customers.
- Negotiate contracts and close deals to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Maintain detailed records of sales activities and customer interactions.
- Build and nurture long-term customer relationships to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.
- Collaborate with the sales team to strategize and achieve collective goals.
- Participate in sales meetings, training programs, and industry events to stay updated on trends.
- Provide training and support to team members as needed.
- Knowledge of the Solar Industry is essential
- Proven experience in sales, with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills – ability to engage and persuade.
- Strong negotiation and problem-solving abilities.
- Self-motivated team player who can also work independently.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
- Competitive Annual Salary: £30,000-£35,000
