Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and pursue new sales opportunities in the solar energy sector.
  • Conduct engaging product demonstrations to educate potential customers.
  • Negotiate contracts and close deals to meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Maintain detailed records of sales activities and customer interactions.
  • Build and nurture long-term customer relationships to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to strategize and achieve collective goals.
  • Participate in sales meetings, training programs, and industry events to stay updated on trends.
  • Provide training and support to team members as needed.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Knowledge of the Solar Industry is essential
  • Proven experience in sales, with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills – ability to engage and persuade.
  • Strong negotiation and problem-solving abilities.
  • Self-motivated team player who can also work independently.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred.

Salary Package:

  • Competitive Annual Salary: £30,000-£35,000
  • Strong commissioning structure
  • Based near Portsmouth
