Job Description
- Respond to customer inquiries and provide technical information about marine equipment.
- Prepare and deliver quotations and proposals based on customer requirements.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through regular communication.
- Address customer concerns and provide solutions in a timely manner.
- Work closely with the marine sales team, onsite engineering, workshop, and logistics teams to ensure accurate and timely delivery of products.
- Collaborate with the sales team to understand customer needs and provide sales support.
- Collaborate with wider sales team negotiate contract terms, pricing, and details with clients.
- Prepare sales reports and forecast future sales trends.
- Attend industry conferences, exhibitions, and seminars.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, and other stakeholders.

Essential Experience/Skills/Qualifications
- Proven experience in sales within the marine industry.
- Experience with marine machinery, navigational systems, and other marine equipment.
- Strong technical knowledge of marine equipment and engineering.
