Our client is looking for a Reward and Benefits Consultant on a 6-month contract to interrogate, review, and improve their current reward and benefit packages. The successful person will have strong experience delivering a range of reward/benefits projects including designing, developing and drafting new policies.

  • Look into market trends in compensation and benefits

Essential Experience/Skills/Qualifications
  • Strong experience carrying out a similar role, reviewing and improving company benefit and rewards policies
  • Well versed working for an organisation with 100+ staff
