Key Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough inspections of raw materials, in-process components, and finished products to ensure compliance with quality standards and specifications.
- Utilize precision measurement tools (e.g., calipers, micrometers, gauges) to verify product dimensions and tolerances.
- Identify, document, and report non-conformities, working closely with production teams to implement corrective actions.
- Maintain detailed inspection records and generate quality reports for analysis and continuous improvement.
- Assist in root cause analysis and problem-solving initiatives to enhance product quality and manufacturing processes.
- Support internal and external audits by providing necessary documentation and insights into quality control procedures.
- Adhere to safety and compliance regulations while upholding the company’s commitment to operational excellence.
- Proven experience as a Quality Inspector in a manufacturing environment.
- Strong knowledge of quality control standards, inspection techniques, and measurement tools.
- Familiarity with ISO 9001 and other industry-related quality management systems is a plus.
- Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and specifications.
- Strong communication and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in using quality inspection software and Microsoft Office applications.
