- Proven quality inspection experience in manufacturing
- Strong understanding of QA processes and documentation
- Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Knowledge of composite materials (advantageous)

Responsibilities:
- Perform thorough quality control inspections of composite components and structures at all production stages
- Verify product compliance with technical specifications and quality standards
- Maintain accurate quality documentation and inspection records
- Identify, document, and report any quality deviations or non-conformances
- Collaborate with production teams to address quality issues and implement corrective actions
- Support continuous improvement initiatives for manufacturing processes
- Conduct first article inspections and in-process quality checks
- Utilize precision measurement tools and inspection equipment
- Participate in root cause analysis for quality-related concerns
- Ensure adherence to relevant industry standards and company quality procedures
- Communicate effectively with cross-functional teams regarding quality matters
- Monitor production processes to maintain consistent quality output
- Assist with quality audits and compliance activities as required
