Job Description
- Quality Management & Compliance: Leads audits, investigations, and peer reviews while ensuring compliance with QMS and HSE procedures.
- Training & Coaching: Delivers training, mentors less experienced team members, and promotes quality principles across the organization.
- Process Improvement & KPI Performance: Drives QMS enhancements, leads cross-functional improvement projects, and influences KPI improvements.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Represents the Quality function in meetings with customers, suppliers, and business leaders.
- Problem Resolution & Customer Focus: Resolves customer issues using structured problem-solving tools and methodologies.
Essential Experience/Skills/Qualifications
- In-depth knowledge of engineering practices, supported by training and hands-on experience, preferably in the aerospace industry.
- Experience in applying quality investigation tools and techniques.
- Certified Lead Auditor with expertise in conducting audits.
- Strong understanding and practical experience with ISO 9001 and AS9100 standards.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office tools for data analysis and reporting.
