We are working with a manufacturing organisation in Ilkeston who are looking for a Production Team Leader on their night shift. The role is hands on and will see you managing a small team, prioritising workload with overall accountability for the team’s performance.

Job Description

• Operating various production machinery
• Manage and prioritise the night shift teams workload, ensuring all tasks are completed
• Completing all relevant production paperwork
• Ensure all health and safety procedures are followed

Essential Experience/Skills/Qualifications

• Knowledge of assembly/production processes and methods
• Ability to prioritise and organise workload
• Previous experience working in a Production/Production Team Lead role
