Key Responsibilities
- Work with the Operations Director to develop and implement an end-to-end supply chain and production planning process.
- Create, manage, and adjust short and long-term production schedules to meet customer demands.
- Collaborate with design, sales, inventory, and workshop teams to streamline processes, eliminate waste, and improve efficiency.
- Monitor production progress, identify bottlenecks, and adjust schedules to maintain workflow.
- Coordinate with subcontractors and internal teams to ensure timely availability of materials and components.
- Track key performance indicators (KPIs), analyse production data, and generate reports for management.
- Ensure all planning decisions comply with health, safety, and quality standards.
- Proven experience in production planning, scheduling, or supply chain coordination within manufacturing, fabrication, or construction.
- Strong organisational and coordination skills – ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Self-starter mentality – this role requires building a process from scratch, so initiative and problem-solving are essential.
- Proficiency in ERP/MRP systems (e.g., Dynamics 365) and Microsoft Excel.
- Knowledge of project management principles is beneficial.
- Experience in water treatment, construction, or environmental engineering is a plus.
