🔧 About the Role:
As a Product Engineer, you’ll:
- Lead the design and development of new mechanical products
- Manage projects from initial concept through to final delivery
- Work directly with customers to understand requirements and deliver effective solutions
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive innovation and performance
- Occasionally travel across Europe to support projects and customer relationships
- A degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related discipline
- 3-5+ years of relevant engineering experience in product development or design
- Strong project management and problem-solving skills
- A customer-focused mindset with excellent communication skills
- A passion for engineering innovation and continuous improvement
