We are a leading manufacturing company specialising in high-precision machining for a range of demanding industries. Based in Coventry, we are looking for a dynamic and driven Operations Manager to join our leadership team and play a pivotal role in driving operational excellence across our site.

The Role:

As Operations Manager, you’ll be responsible for overseeing all day-to-day production operations, ensuring efficiency, quality, and continuous improvement across the board. Your goal will be to enhance productivity, streamline processes, and support business growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage daily operations of the machining facility to meet production targets
  • Lead and develop a team across manufacturing, engineering, and logistics
  • Ensure health & safety, quality, and compliance standards are upheld
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives and operational KPIs
  • Collaborate with senior management on strategic planning and resource allocation
About You:
  • Proven experience as an Operations Manager or similar role in a manufacturing/machining environment
  • Strong understanding of CNC machining processes, lean manufacturing, and production planning
  • Exceptional leadership, communication, and organisational skills
  • Results-driven with a proactive, hands-on approach
  • Able to thrive in a high-pressure, deadline-driven environment
