• Overseeing daily activities of the site including managing and implementing schedules to ensure deadlines are met and ensures delivery of high-quality products.
• Develops and implement policies and procedures required for improved processes and maximum
• Enhance the performance management process for all direct reports, encompassing leadership effectiveness and opportunities for career development.
• Formulates and executes the necessary policies and procedures aimed at enhancing processes and achieving optimal output.
• Ensure a secure and healthy workplace by developing, adhering to, and implementing standards and procedures, while also complying with legal requirements.
