Job Description

• The Operations Coordinator will work within a multi-modal Operations team, transacting and arranging the smooth transportation of goods whilst providing the highest level of customer service
• The role can range from handling Imports and Exports to specialist international installation and “white glove” deliveries in all modes, as well as movement of sensitive or high value equipment
• General freight forwarding experience required, not specific to modality. The candidate should demonstrate good time keeping.

Essential Skills / Experience / Qualifications

• GCSE level
• General Freight Forwarding (Import/Export) experience
• Basic Microsoft Work/Excel experience
• Ability to work well within a Team
• The candidate should be flexible, show a willingness to learn and develop new skills and have the ability to work under pressure
• The candidate should have a basic understanding of customs entries for Imports or Exports
