Key Responsibilities:
- Operate and program advanced metrology equipment including CMMs, laser scanners, and other precision instruments.
- Perform dimensional inspections of components to ensure compliance with technical drawings and specifications.
- Generate detailed inspection reports and maintain accurate measurement data records.
- Support root cause analysis and continuous improvement activities related to quality assurance.
- Collaborate with Quality, Engineering, and Production teams to drive product excellence.
- Previous experience in a metrology, inspection, or quality control role within a manufacturing or engineering environment.
- Proficient in using CMM software (e.g., PC-DMIS, Mitutoyo MCOSMOS, or similar).
- Strong understanding of engineering drawings, GD&T, and measurement principles.
- Excellent attention to detail and a methodical approach to problem-solving.
- HNC/HND or equivalent in Mechanical Engineering or a related discipline (desirable).
