- Produce practical new designs for highly regulated industries to tight timescales in a supportive team environment
- Layout design of Mechanical/hydraulic assemblies
- Stress and other calculations to support designs
- Working with electrical, control and software engineers
Mechanical Design Engineer will require the following experience:
Essential Skills/Experience/Qualifications
- Experience using Inventor or a similar CAD system
- Worked in the Nuclear sector before
- Experience designing moving equipment for high hazardous environments
- Produce conceptual designs from process definitions
