Mechanical Design Engineer
Job Description

• Provide practical, creative, and cost-effective solutions for customers unique requirements
• Compile parts lists, maintain drawing records, respond to customer enquiries, liaise with suppliers to obtain quotations, BOM management and accurate record keeping
• Utilise software such as Inventor to bring concepts to life
• Provide practical support to the in-house assembly and test teams when needed

 
Mechanical Design Engineer
Essential Experience/Skills/Qualifications

• Educated to degree level
• Design experience within an industrial setting, preferably of machinery
• Ability to read and understand schematics and floor plans
• Experience within a customer facing role is desirable
