The role will involve working collaboratively with internal teams, suppliers, and customers to ensure all manufacturing processes and products meet strict quality and regulatory standards, while driving issue resolution through effective root cause analysis and robust corrective actions.

Job Description

• Leading New Product Introduction (NPI) projects through gated processes, providing regular updates to key stakeholders.
• Developing and optimising manufacturing processes, routings, BOMs, PFMEAs, and control plans to ensure product integrity.
• Supporting shopfloor manufacturing and drive product conformance through effective inspection plans, SOPs, and quality controls.
• Investigating and resolving non-conformances using 5Y, 3C, and 8D methods, implementing robust root cause corrective actions.
• Ensuring compliance with customer, regulatory, and internal standards across all manufacturing and quality activities.

Essential Experience/Skills/Qualifications

• Previous experience in a generalist manufacturing engineering or NPI role
• Experience working in a regulated industry environment
• You’re self-motivated, autonomous, and have the ability to problem solve independently
