They are on the look-out for a Manufacturing Engineer to join their business on a full-time permanent basis where you will be responsible for optimising and enhancing manufacturing processes, ensuring efficient, cost-effective, and high-quality production operations.

They are on the look-out for a Manufacturing Engineer to join their business on a full-time permanent basis where you will be responsible for optimising and enhancing manufacturing processes, ensuring efficient, cost-effective, and high-quality production operations.
Key Responsibilities as a Manufacturing Engineer:
- Identify and implement process improvements using lean manufacturing techniques.
- Provide hands-on technical support to resolve manufacturing issues.
- Develop strategies to reduce waste and improve productivity and cost-efficiency.
- Collaborate with the Quality team to maintain and enhance standards and metrics.
- Support New Product Introduction (NPI) by working with Design teams from concept through to production.
- Specify, design, and implement tools and equipment that improve efficiency and safety.
Knowledge and skills as a Manufacturing Engineer:
- Degree or equivalent qualification in Manufacturing, Mechanical, or Industrial Engineering.
- Proven experience in a manufacturing or production engineering environment.
- Strong understanding of lean manufacturing, Six Sigma, and continuous improvement methodologies.
- Proficiency in SolidWorks; experience with PDM and ERP systems.
