I am looking for an experienced Maintenance Engineer to join an exciting client of mine who predominantly support the Commercial and Military Automotive market. This position will be responsible for serving, troubleshooting, and maintaining CNC and manual machinery, ensuring efficient operation and compliance with maintenance schedules.

Job Description

• Machine Maintenance & Servicing – Perform servicing, troubleshooting, and repairs on CNC and manual machinery, including mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.
• Planned & Reactive Maintenance – Execute preventative maintenance schedules (PPM & TPM) and respond to breakdowns as needed.
• Technical Skills & Compliance – Use PLC diagnostics, read technical drawings, and work with various voltage systems while ensuring adherence to safety regulations.
• Facility & Equipment Upkeep – Maintain plant, facilities, and machine consumables, reducing the need for external contractors

Essential Experience/Skills/Qualifications

• Previous experience in servicing / service engineer for CNC machines, including mechanical and electrical aspects within a factory environment
• Competent with hydraulic and pneumatic systems.
• Conducting TPM & PPM.
• Multi skilled.
• 17th edition electrical qualification desirable.
