We’re on the lookout for a Maintenance and Continuous Improvement Engineer to join our team at a dynamic manufacturing site. If you're a hands-on, forward-thinking engineer with a passion for improving plant reliability and performance — we’d love to hear from you!

Maintenance & Continuous Improvements Engineer  Essential Requirements:

• Time-served Mechanical Engineer
• HNC in Mechanical Engineering
• A good background in manufacturing and plant maintenance
• Proven experience implementing modern maintenance techniques such as preventative and predictive methods
  
  

Maintenance & Continuous Improvements Engineer  Highly Desirable:

• Minimum 5 years’ Maintenance Management experience
• Working knowledge of Electrical & Control systems, including PLC
• Familiarity with best practices such as OEE, MTTR, MTBF
• Solid understanding of Continuous Improvement (CI), manufacturing process improvement, and waste elimination
• Training and practical experience in Environmental, Health & Safety management
