Job Description

• Convert small works enquiries into confirmed bookings through effective communication and negotiation
• Follow up on engineer recommendations and customer enquiries in a timely and professional manner
• Collaborate with field teams and colleagues to identify and close sales opportunities
• Maintain accurate sales records, forecasts, and reports using Excel and CRM tools
• Handle related administrative tasks, including tracking jobs on hold and managing materials or payment follow-ups

Essential Skills/Experience/Qualifications

• Experience in outbound or technical sales, ideally within a service or trade-related industry
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
