ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
5 GCSE’s (equivalent to C or above) to include English, Mathematics

Working as a HR Coordinator in the Human resources department, you will provide first class customer service to the organisation in all HR generalist functions.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
- Perform attendance tracking and monitor attendance for UK sites in line with current T&A policies including but not limited to:-
- Reporting absences to Line Management and HRA/SHRC in a timely manner.
- Produce reports on triggers in line with T&A policy;
- Maintain and update Time and attendance system and support T&A Supervisors as required
- Prepare all UK paperwork and update HCM system and liaise with payroll function with all pay and payroll related information being co-ordinated in conjunction with the HRA’s who manages the OM side including but not limited to:
- Merit pay awards
- Annual salary increases
- Shift change letters
- Creates and maintains personal files in compliance with HR Audit requirements and applicable legal requirements.
- Provide UK reports and graphs as required
- Process enrolments, changes and terminations of participants in all benefit plans and programmes
- Support all admin related leave issues i.e. maternity; paternity; adoption; jury service; extended holidays etc
- Act as note taker as required in investigation and disciplinary meetings etc.
- Demonstrate ability to carry out administration and management of processes
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
- Able to interact with all levels of staff and management
- Excellent analytical skills
