We are working with a leading manufacturing organisation who due to growth are looking for a HR Administrator to join them on a permanent basis. The successful candidate will have strong written and verbal communication, be keen to learn and want to progress their career within HR.

Job Description
  • Provide administrative support across the HR and learning and development functions.
  • Coordinate and plan training sessions, internal and external and create onboarding schedules for new employees
  • Support with new starter and leavers paperwork including creating contracts and offer letters, terms and conditions and right to work checks.
  • Be the first point of contact for general HR and people queries
  • Support with disciplinaries and grievances by note taking.
  • Recruitment administration including the management of the ATS and arranging interviews.
