Job Overview:

My innovative engineering client is currently on the lookout for a talented Electronics Design Engineer to join their forward-thinking R&D team. In this role, you will be responsible for the end-to-end design, development, and testing of electronic hardware systems. You will play a key role in developing both analogue and digital circuitry, PCB layout and design, and integrating microcontroller-based systems for a wide range of products.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design, prototype, and validate electronic circuits (analogue and digital) for new and existing products.
  • Develop and maintain schematic designs and multi-layer PCB layouts using industry-standard EDA tools (e.g., Altium Designer)
  • Select and integrate microcontrollers, sensors, power supplies, and communication interfaces (UART, SPI, I2C, CAN, USB, etc.).
  • Collaborate with firmware, mechanical, and systems engineers to ensure seamless integration of hardware with software and enclosure designs.
  • Support product development from concept through production, including design reviews, testing, validation, and troubleshooting.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Electronics Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related discipline.
  • Strong PCB design and layout skills using professional CAD tools.
  • Proven experience in analogue and digital electronics design.
  • Experience with embedded firmware development (C/C++).
  • Hands-on experience with microcontroller-based system design and programming (e.g., ARM Cortex, AVR, PIC).
This is a great opportunity for an electronics engineer looking for a new challenge in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
