EHS & Quality Specialist Job Description
- Lead the maintenance and improvement of EHS and Quality Management Systems (ISO 9001 & ISO 45001).
- Coordinate and support internal and external audits, ensuring compliance and timely closure of actions.
- Analyse quality failure data, lead root cause analysis, and implement lean-six sigma projects to drive performance improvements.
- Act as the Environment, Health & Safety lead for the UK & Ireland sales company, promoting a proactive safety culture.
- Respond to customer compliance enquiries and audits, working closely with divisional and regional teams.
- Deliver quality training (e.g. problem solving, PPAP) and contribute to KPI improvement across claims handling and customer experience.
- Degree qualified in engineering, supply chain, or similar field.
- 2+ years’ experience in an office or compliance environment.
- Strong knowledge of problem-solving tools and continuous improvement methods
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and comfortable handling compliance documentation
