Our client design and manufacture safety products and access control systems and are looking for a Customer Service Executive on a permanent basis. The successful candidate will have worked with technical products in a business-to-business environment.

Job Description
  • Dealing with inbound enquiries and outbound requests from customers
  • Processing quotations and orders
  • Working with internal and external customers
  • Work across multiple departments to meet customer requirements and resolving any customer concerns

Essential Experience/Skills/Qualifications
  • Experience carrying out a similar sales administration/customer service position
  • Business to business experience
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Experience dealing with technical products
