Customer Service Administrator
Job Description
  • Carry out on-site installation, assembly, inspection and repair of specialist equipment across the UK and occasionally overseas
  • Act as the first point of contact for customer enquiries, orders, and scheduling updates
  • Input and validate customer data, order details, and schedule changes within the ERP system
  • Attend the daily production meetings to review progress and identify any risks/delays
  • Complete administrative tasks including documentation, order amendments, and reporting

Essential Experience/Skills/Qualifications
  • Strong customer service experience
  • Confident managing customer accounts and coordinating with internal teams
  • Experience using ERP systems and proficiency with Excel
