Are you a dynamic communications professional with a passion for engaging employees and shaping company culture? Our growing manufacturing client are looking for a Communications and Engagement Lead to join their team!
 
The successful candidate will be responsible for creating content for print, digital publications, and social media. You will lead the development of the communications plan, engagement strategy, while also overseeing project communications.

Monday to Friday 8:00am - 4:15pm (37.5 hours per week)

Job Description
  • Develop and execute an engaging internal communications strategy to support key projects
  • Oversee and promote the website, branding, and promotional materials
  • Plan and organise employee engagement activities, such as site events, celebrations, and awards
  • Support communication for project launches and ensure employee engagement throughout
 
Essential Experience/Skills/Qualifications
  • Knowledge of internal communications and engagement
  • Selection and use of a range of content and channels for specific target audiences
  • Ability to write clearly in a variety of communication settings and styles
  • Good interpersonal skills and ability to build effective working relationships at all levels
