- Write and edit tailored bid responses that clearly communicate company values.
- Collaborate with internal teams to gather information and meet bid requirements.
- Ensure proposals are compliant, well-structured, and aligned with client needs.
- Support bid planning and help manage timelines and submission processes.

Essential Experience/Skills/Qualifications
- Previous experience in bid writing, proposal management, or business development roles, with a track record of successful wins
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality, error-free work under tight deadlines.
