Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve business objectives within the designated area.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the customer base.
  • Prepare and deliver accurate sales forecasts and business reports.
  • Attend industry trade shows and events to promote products and stay updated on market trends.
  • Utilise CRM systems to track sales activities and manage customer interactions effectively
Skills and Experience Required
  • Proven experience in sales, preferably within the building or construction industry.
  • Strong understanding of building or flooring products and their applications.
  • Demonstrated success in account management and business development.
  • Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM systems.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel within the designated area.
