We are currently seeking an Administrative Assistant to join our well-established Manufacturing client based in Minworth on a 3-month contract. In this role, you will provide support with day-to-day administrative tasks including system maintenancemanaging schedules, filing, and handling correspondence.

  • Assist with data entry and document preparation
  • Support team members with general administrative tasks
  • System maintenance and general admin support
  • Data cleansing to ensure accuracy and consistency
  • Updating systems and records regularly

Essential Experience/Skills/Qualifications

  • Experience in a similar administration role
  • Good attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Comfortable using computers and basic software tools
