We are a close-knit team, passionate about delivering a high-quality service to our clients and candidates, establishing long-term relationships rather than using old-fashioned recruitment tactics.

As a business, we have a high staff retention rate which is helped by targeting people in the right areas and growing everyone’s technical knowledge as opposed to asking everyone to pick up the phones and sell. It’s cliché however, how can a company expect to recruit for a business if they can’t keep their own staff? Having such an industry low staff turnover is something as a business we are incredibly proud of - and nothing plans to change.
